We proudly deliver to customers across South Africa. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly.
  • Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).

    4. Shipping Fees

    • Standard Shipping: A flat fee of R100 for orders under R500.
    • Free Standard Shipping: For orders over R500.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

    6. Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • Certain remote areas may be subject to extended delivery times or additional charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you prior to shipment to inform you of any additional costs.

      7. Damaged or Lost Items

      • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
      • Lost Items: In the event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at info@modamart.site. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

      8. Delivery Address

      Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays or missing parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
